I help organizations find the right thing to build and then build it right.

I'm a multifaceted design leader with over 16 years of experience working with organizations to build exceptional teams, visions, and experiences that lead to enduring relationships with their customers. I collaborate closely with stakeholders to shape interconnected strategies that multiply success across the organization and lead them through all stages of the product innovation process to bring our shared visions to life.

Previously at Intuit, I led innovation strategy and design across various teams to launch product experiences that powered prosperity for self-employed, small businesses, and accountants. Before Intuit, I've had the privilege of working at IDEOHot StudioMethod, and Conscious Creative.

The Bay Area has been my home ever since my parents emigrated from India in the early nineties. Being the eldest of all my cousins and siblings meant that I became the guinea pig of my family who navigated many unexpected, unfamiliar situations with relentless curiosity, unbiased empathy, open dialogue, and unyielding optimism. These collective experiences inspired me to pursue a design career where I could combine my love of creating things with my love for interweaving different perspectives to deliver durable, elegant solutions that mutually benefit the customer, the organization, and the world.

As a systems-thinker, service-designer, and innovation strategist, I am helplessly drawn to complex and ambiguous challenges—especially those that have the potential to significantly improve outcomes for marginalized and vulnerable communities (which you will find common throughout my work). I continue this passion outside of work, where I frequently volunteer my time to mentor small businesses, start-ups, non-profits, and individuals. Aside from this, I love movies and shows that span across Scifi and Horror, taking my family on adventurous road trips, collaborating on personal projects with my husband, experimenting with emerging technologies, learning new skills, and exchanging puns. My favorite holiday of the year is, as you can guess, Halloween. If I hadn’t found a career in design, I would probably have found myself in special FX makeup, computer special effects, and building immersive spaces, sets , and props.
